Bathroom doors does not stay shut. Toilet was loose and tank was continuously running through the night. Bathtub paint was peeling. Most importantly, door to adjacent room is extremely thin, allowing you to hear the neighbors every conversation.

Pretty much anything you needed was on site and walking distance. Downside of convenience is expense - count on $75 - 100 / day per person for food unless you are a very light eater and not very picky. Transportation is expensive as well to go anywhere off the resort property which some people like to do to explore the surrounding area and culture. Staff was all super pleasant and helpful and the room was comfortable except for a few minor issues - broken reading lamp over the bed, no cord for the alarm clock, renting a movie through the resort menu causes the entire TV to lock down requiring engineering to reset everything. One nice feature is if the balcony door is open, it shuts off the AC so as to not waste energy. And the property itself was stunning with lots of beach and pool areas. Would definitely go back!

Our family of five had a great time, be prepared to spend between $750 to $1100 per day on site for food, and beverages. Super expensive but the sites, people and environment is superb. Worth the expensive flight/stay the expense daily was a little much but glad we experienced Atlantis on our 4 year trip. If a special comes up we would return but could have went to a all inclusive vacation for less total trip $22k CAD

my wife and I were expecting the best of everything which is why we booked at the atlantis. BUT we got the complete opposite! when we dined in at restaurants some of the employees were super RUDE! we had dinner for my birthday at seafire resturant, i asked for my steak cooked medium, they came back and it was raw inside, they took it back and my wife had already finished her food and the steak was still raw when they brought it back the second time, we did not enjoy my birthday celebration. another's thing we go on vacations to rest and the room next to us or above us they were doing remodeling or something super loud. we heard noises early in the morning waking us up. we wake up early everyday for work we were hoping to sleep in on vacation but NO super loud noises and we were in room 9513. i do not recommend anyone to stay here it is not worth the money.

I think they should check the rooms before they let new guest in our bathroom smell like pee and when they came to fix it they left with it leaking. And the sheets were clean but they had stains on them they should not have been on the bed. The service was great the property was very well maintained. The amenities were great. Very expensive to eat though
