Pay and Can’t Stay
Reservation was made through HOTELS.com a week in advance. Paid in full with a credit card. It was supposed to be a golf trip with friends from the North. I injured my back and was not going to be able to golf. With 72 hours notice, HOTELS.comtook the entire fee. I called the hotel and they said that if I had booked directly through them, I would have received all my money back. Lesson learned. NEVER USE HOTELS.com

Made do for a special occasion!
The rooms had no comfortable seating, pure basics, bed was hard as a rock(came home with back aching) and you couldbarely turn around in the batroom/shower. Exterior and interior was nice but once you got to our floor, you could tell it was an oldhotel that had been reskinned. Was disappointed with our room. Our Father brought his two adult daughter's and spouse's for a fun weekend to watch Christmas show at Alabama!

We left the door open to our balcony and then went down to the pool for an hour. We came back to our room and there were hundreds of gnats in the room. The hotel manager didn’t apologize. He just said it would take some time to see what was available because I wanted to change rooms. The maintenance man who helped us was amazing. I wish I had his name.
