Property great but missing vital info for check-in

This has nothing to do with the property but Hotels.com! I was not advised they require a 40 cash deposit for the night! Which made check-in two longer! The property was clean and I didn’t hear any noise!

Almost fell through a hole in the floor by the air conditioner the shower didn't work only the tub part lots of people congregating outside the building that didn't stay there it was just a bad horrible stay

Don’t go here!

This place needs to be closed down. It was so dangerous that my guest could not stay there. Drugs were all around. Fighting broke out. The door lock was broken. It was a nightmare!

The pictures are in no way representative of the hotel. Rooms are clean but very rundown with torn curtains, and various damage that could be easily repaired.

Very deceptive when they advertise as broadway inn & suites but when you get there it is called "Hemp" hotel. They encourage cannibus use instead of tobacco.
