Excellent stay at the hotel, the room had a fridge and kettle. The only downfall is the surrounding streets, lots of people on drugs around central station and hotel area during the day.

Not good

The room was absolutely dirty. We stayed for one night and it looked like no one had cleaned there after the previous guest except for the sheets, they were alright. Other than that it was greasy and dusty and it smelled bad in the room. It was also noisy. The area didnt feel safe at all. It was cheap but I would rather pay more that go to this place again. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The staff was friendly.

Die Lage, direkt am Bahnhof ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Ansonsten wirkt das Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht bzw. einen Business-Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Die Tiefgarage halt ihren Namen allerdings nicht verdient. Mit einem Fahrzeuge größer als Golfklasse sollte man es sich gut überlegen und sich seinen Park- und Rangierfähigkeiten gut bewusst sein. Dafür sind die zusätzlichen Parkgebühren ziemlich happig.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, die Lage war für mich optimal, Hauptbahnhof in 5min erreichbar. Die Gegend jedoch .. naja, viele Obdachlose oder Drogenjunkies - da es nur für 1 Nacht war, ging es. Preislich sehr günstig. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und hatte auch eine Lüftung, die man einstellen konnte. Falls ich nochmal auf Durchreise bin, würde ich erneut buchen.

Hotel datato e maltenuto, rumoroso e con stanze molto piccole. il lavandino perdeva copiosamente, per lavarmi i denti ho allagato il bagno, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare e la colazione non valeva assolutamente i 20 euro richiesti. la TV era al lato del letto e non ai piedi e ssi vedevano solo pochi canali in tedesco. Non ci tornerò sicuramente

They did not contact us in advance, and there us no way for us to contact hotels.com, as it's all AI chat or irrelevant 'resources'. I sent an email but have had no response.They are not there to support. Very disappointed with the hotel and extremely disappointed with hotels.com.
