Disgusting
Should of known as soon as they asked for 2 dollars a day service fee. I asked what is the service your providing I was told it is for the safe. Pubic hairs in tub, cleaning staff didn't clean or make beds when I asked about this I was told they don't clean the rooms everyday. What is the purpose of staying in a hotel if they don't take out trash or make beds? What are we paying for? Got attitude from night manager when I asked to clean my tub. Asked for another room assistant gave it to me and 5 mins later was told by the manager to take back the keys! Horrible dirty and attitude! Word of advice stay on other side of 95 when looking for a hotel. Though that Wyndham would have there sh#t together.

Roaches crawl g in our Room 123, dirty Bath Room, Druggies and Rift Raft type people hanging out and making noise all night long! Scary to be out side at night, lack of Security, low class same as most Motel 6 location! Would never stay there again!

Terrible!!
The people at the desk were great but the hotel itself needs a LOT of work. I booked it sight unseen for an overnight stay after our cruise due to its proximity to the airport. The tub was permanently stained, I was afraid to sleep on the bed it looked old and hard. Took us 10 mins to figure out how to close the door. It looks like it should be a hotel that offers a short stay or one that people live in. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. I only gave 3 stars because the desk staff was great and that Jamaican food truck on the property was DELICIOUS!!!

The hotel was a little run down, but the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. When I called the hotel for the shuttle, I was told it would be about an hour. It was an hour before it showed up. It doesn't run often. I pre-booked the shuttle back to the airport and it ran once an hour, on the hour.
