The hotel staff was prompt and courteous. The room was bigger than we anticipated which is always nice. We were on the 2nd floor dacing the courtyard which is a nice interior view. Kids enjoyed the pool. Immediate proximity to the mall and multiple restaurants. Would recommend.

Friendly staff, clean room. Someone did try to come in once we had checked in (after 3pm) we’re not sure if it was housekeeping but we feel it was a miscommunication issue because no one tried to come in again. Everything else was great. The breakfast was really good too.

Mr “T” at the front desk was excellent. Friendly and helpful. The hotel has nice amenities but it’s all a little dated. Little details are problematic/ the tub in room 506 needs resurfacing. Small messes on the elevator area on floor 5 left for days.

This was a one night stopover on our way to Indianapolis. We arrived around 5pm, check in was easy & friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant/Lounge, twigs. The bartender Sue was great! We had the complimentary breakfast- which was fairly typical of a self serve breakfast buffet. We didn’t utilize any of the amenities , other than wifi, which worked well. The pool looked lovely, everything was very clean.
