Weekend stay between work travel weeks
Great one-night stay Saturday night. Guest laundry facilities available, wood fireplace in the cabin, and clean comfortable space. On site restaurant had good food for dinner and breakfast. Lots of families and kids. Easily accessible from the highway. Room had full kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, standard pots and pans, place settings for 6. This would be a great place to “base camp” for a vacation in Banff, when I return for a non-work trip I’ll probably stay here.

Staff were amazing as always, room was dated.
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and have always had great experiences- this time wasn’t any different, the staff are always friendly and always go above and beyond when they can. The only downfall this time was our room. We were across the street this time (first time) and stayed in the 2 bedroom condo (which we always do) but this room was so dated, the walls were gashed, beds were pretty uncomfortable, the room overall just wasn’t what we were used to.

Good rooms, poor pool area.
The updated rooms are nice, comfortable, cozy and comfortable, but lacking some kitchen ammenities (had to call the desk for a cooking tray so we could use the oven). There was some glass outside our room so had to be cautious with our dogs. The biggest downside of this resort was the old pool and hot tubs. The outdoor hot tub was too cold to sit in comfortably and was pretty dirty. The indoor hot tub was very scummy and dirty, we ran to the showers after noticing the condition. They have updated a lot of the resort, including the change room for the pools, but they really need to update that whole pool area now.

Quick getaway
This was a quick get away after a afternoon of skating at Lake Louise. The pros: Bed was comfortable. Easy access into Banff town. About a 3 minute drive in. Pet friendly. The cons: Train went by and blew it's whistle (not super loud) almost every hour. Sofa bed had crumbs and dirt when we opened it up. Stayed only one night and was still worth it

A good stay
Good place to stay. About a 45 min walk or 3/4 min drive to the stores. Outdoor and indoor hot tub with pool. Lots of parking. Beds were comfortable. Tv's in the rooms were only about 24" but we were outside most of the time. Wasn't perfect and a little rough around the edges but good enough for us.
