Loved the stay. Has everything you need in the perfectly equipped kitchenette. Clean and quiet. Beach across the street is super convenient and relaxing. The only thing was the bed in unit 8 was too soft for us but would definitely stay again. Great restaurants and shops nearby.

A great find!
Absolutely loved my stay. I have stayed in several places in Falmouth, this one has been the cleanest by far. Even though the weather wasn't the best, this location was perfect. Access to the beach and pool were great options. Because I stayed during race weekend, I had an awesome viewing spot to watch and support all of my friends running. My unit had all the necessary amenities needed for a stay that made me feel right at home.

Great location - right across the street from the beach (no fee to enter), terrific pool and hot tub - all fenced in and you need a code to enter (no walk-ins). Premises was clean, beautiful rooms with updated kitchen, two bathrooms, sleeper couch and a private king size bedroom. Walk into town (Main Street), less than a mile (or bike in). Great Cape Cod experience!

Second time we have stayed there. Will go back again. So clean. Spacious apartment style room with Kitchenette. Across the street from the beach and easy walk to the town with shops and restaurants. The hotel was small but really nice with all the necessities for a stay. I loved that we literally walked across the street to hit the beach. The pool is small and my kids (13 & 15) were really bummed they weren’t allowed to sit in the hot tub.

Loved the location. Loved the surrounding area and things to do. For the price I paid I was disappointed with some things in the room. The TV channels we were supposed to have did not work and upon request to have it looked at I was told someone would be available and come look and then that never happened. There was also an issue where they lost our reservation and we almost had to find another place to stay but stayed firm and then they honored it. Overall not a bad stay but not what we thought we would get for the amount we were paying.
