Never again
Absolutely horrible experience!! I go to Cancun 5-7 times a year for work and always stay at all inclusive resorts. This is the first time I've ever had to pay for room service and been limited to beverages in the room (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The fridge literally had a Pepsi, Pepsi Light (diet), orange, and 2 mini bottles of beer. I was told that was all I got for my 4 day stay. Buffet was horrible for all meals. I literally ate bread one night for dinner to feel full. The restaurants required a 24 hour prior reservation even though there was plenty of open tables when asking for a table. Staff was rude and acted like you were an inconvenience to them any time you needed anything.
