From the second we got there till we left , the staff were all wonderful. The hotel was spotless, the staff was always cleaning !! The beds were pretty nice. They could use a topper and they would be perfect. We had an oceanfront room and it was perfect ! The stairs were not useable, but they were working on them and got them done the 3rd day we were there, which helped a lot ! Breakfast was really good also ! All in all we had a great stay and we will be back !! Thank you to all the staff !!

Staff was very kind, professional and accommodating. Very clean and maintained property. Rooms very nice and comfortable, well stocked. Oceanfront Beach Access, beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, propane grills, lots of tables with umbrellas and loungers for sunning. They had 2 hurricanes last month and have quickly restored the damages. Our group had 16 guest with 6 suites. No complaints from anyone and we are planning on the returning soon! Sincerely, D. Rehs

The property is clean and breakfast is great. Largely I was dissapointed in my stayhowever, as the hot tub was not functional during my 5 night stay. I was told the pool was heated, but it was colder than the ocean...I would guess in the 60sF. We used the pool deck, but no one at the hotel entered the pool, not even children. Also, the hotel stated no smoking is allowed in the rooms or balconies, but the hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana all day and night. We could not keep it from smelling our room, blowing in through the AC vent. Also, there is no beach access from the hotel after the last hurricane. I do not recommend this hotel right now.
