The absolute BEST customer service you'll find!
My wife and I actually stayed 4 nights. Our initial booking was for 3 nights, but the service, comfort, and convenience was so great, that we extended an extra night rather than staying a night down in Morro Bay.
We've stayed at this property multiple times over the last several years. Exceptional customer care is received each time. And while we have nothing but kind words for all of the staff, Edward stands out as one of the absolute best in the hospitality industry (we travel a lot and have many examples to compare this to). Edward goes above and beyond, makes you feel as an honored guest, and radiates positivity and a welcoming charm.
My wife forgot her sweater in the room after we checked out. We received a call from Edward letting us know about it and assisting us with an easy, inexpensive return option (we live 6 hours away and were already home). And we'd like to extend an extra *THANK YOU* to the staff that assisted in returning to the sweater to the front desk! Not all lodging facilities will put in this effort (ask us how we know)!
There are many great choices in San Simeon for lodging; we've always been delighted with all of the hospitality workers and locals each time we visit. But we continue to choose the Quality Inn because the rooms are clean & comfortable, free breakfast, our dog stays for free, and exemplary service from people like Edward and the rest of the crew. We look forward to staying here again in the near future!
