The staff was awesome. The room was run down and bathroom was dirty. They did not provide a mat for floor and the towels were child size. Breakfast , it was waffles or bread both days. No protien, no sugar free, no juice , only milk. Definitley not a first choice, but works if you dont have a better option.

The Garnet Inn & Suites is an older-style hotel that could use some updates. While the bed was comfortable, the room itself needed work, and there were only two towels provided. The breakfast was minimal, with just waffles and cereal, so don’t expect a full spread. The location isn’t the best, but it’s close to the Florida Mall and about a 15-minute drive to Universal. It’s okay for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep, but not ideal for families or those looking for a full vacation experience.

No phone in room . Hairdryer didn't work would not exchange it out... Went out with wet head wound up in hospital. Breakfast was coffee, toast or a dry waffle. Did not have any bottle water to share or buy. I give this "hotel" a -1.

This place is nothing fancy but its nice. The bedding was cute. Could have used better pillows maybe. But it was clean and roomie. I would stay here again. Slept through breakfast so cant rate that but all and all it was a positive experiance.

Very old and run down. The pictures looked nothing like the actual room. The room was very dirty and smelled musty, and the whole place smelled of weed. There was no soap etc. We were thankful to only have booked 1 night.
