Expected because of the price
The hotel was as expected for how much it cost for a night. It could use some TLC in the lobby as well as the rooms. The flooring was peeling up in the kitchen area and the windows are stuck open. As a result, you can hear lots of car noise. The cleanliness is also questionable or subpar.

Shower was nice and hot, room somewhat clean. The toilet was broken and water ran in the tank. We had to turn water off. Loud fan noise coming up from the floor below very loud! Bed, hard as a rock.

Our toilet would not flush. Maintenance left for the day and the desk clerk came to room advised us to fill back of toilet with buckets of water due to no other rooms available. The valve on toilet was adjusted and toilet filled but only one time and we were left to fill the back of toilet with cups of water. Desk staff was notified about issue at checkout and no apologies were issued staff was very passive about incident.

Reserved a King bed was told no Kings were available so had to take two twins. One twin frame was broken so had to use a drawer from night table to prop it up. In general, the room was very run down - carpet torn, bedding torn, tub chipped up, etc. On the positive, the staff really tried, they were pleasant and apologetic but there wasn’t a whole lot they could do.

It was a good experience Only problem I had was someone hair was on the bathroom floor it was in the shower and stuck on the shower curtain. Other than the hair problem we had no complaints very clean and quiet I was able to do some schoolwork Staff was very helpful and pleasant

I want to start off with the good aspects of the hotel. The staff I encountered were all beyond friendly as were the people that were staying there. That being said the pricing for this place was way overpriced for the condition of the hotel. The room was outdated as were most of the amenities in it. The walls were chipped and scratched, the doors were dirty as was the shower. The AC in the room was set at 58 which was very odd and very cold. The linens and towels were clean and the bed was fine. The hallways smell musty and of smoke despite the non smoking rules. Overall it was fine for a quick overnight stay, but this location needs some serious updates for the prices people are paying…
