The staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean, but furniture was a little worn. Super helpful to have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. We asked for adjoining rooms and they were able to accommodate with no issue. The breakfast was decent, but not much seating. The pool was small, but enjoyable. Lots of families, so a good bit of water on the elevator floor. Great local restaurants close by, also some chains if that's your preference. O'Hare airport was close by, so some plane noise could be heard, but nothing terrible. Decent, clean, cheap hotel.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, including sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, not just your standard cold cereal and juice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the airport was very nice to go along with the free parking.

Overall it was a good over night stay trying to figure out transportation from O'Hara airport to hotel was not good , called couldn't understand her n directions were wrong . Ended up getting a taxi . Next day it ran 20 min late. So only issue we had was the shuttle service. Pool was actually warm n hot tub was hot! Breakfast wasn't bad , basic .
