Just Expected Better.
Location was good, easy to access the highway, shops and restaurants close by. Parking is good, especially under cover with good access up to the above floors.
Both my son and I were looking forward to the breakfast due to some reviews we read, but the first morning changed everything. Let me say that I am not a fussy eater, but cold coffee, uncooked waffles (machine issue), eggs that didn't resemble or taste like eggs, just stopped us there. We decided that toast and cereal was the only options, along with some fresh fruit (blackened bananas one day). The second morning we attempted the auto pancake maker, but upon looking at it closer there was a partially uncooked pancake, stuck at the exit port of the machine. Just got tired of walking to the front desk to get assistance in the breakfast room.
It was cereal and toast for the next two morning as well.
Each morning, I witnessed the majority of the patrons (some with kids) not enjoying their uncooked "doughy" waffles,etc. As I remember what a treat it was as a child to have a special breakfast treat while travelling.
A number of workers staying there, just left the plate full and left. Enough said. Upgrades desperately needed.
A few days later, my son and I both wanted to use the hot tub. Seemed clean and ok, but the clean towels supplied had old stains and some even had holes in them.
Room was clean, with only some mildew on the shower wall.
We requested room service once just to replace dirty towels, only some were.
