The staff were outstanding. Requested early check in and was accommodated. Offered a place to relax for 30 minutes while room was cleaned. Front desk was helpful and very friendly. A good hotel for our 2 day visit to Boston. Great location to catch the train into the city centre. Room was great, very comfortable and was quiet on the most part. Buffet breakfast was pretty decent, biggest let down was the sustainability, plastic plates and cutlery, with a sign to encourage a new plate for every visit. A small slight on what was a great stay.
