This is the perfect spot for an individual on a business trip, however, it offered little for families. The hotel was clean, but the breakfast was very sparse and we were told each morning of our 3 night stay to, "go across the street if you want coffee-we are out." While the price was right, we would most likely not choose this place to stay again.

I have traveled extensively through the lower 48 states. For the money, this is the best hotel I have found. The suites are like a one bedroom apartment with a spacious bedroom and two nice queen beds. Kitchen, work area and living room. If they added bananas to the free breakfast the place would be PERFECT!

Comfortable, clean suites in Wilmington. I came here for a half-ironman race and this was a perfect type of space and was conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants. Great quality for the price.

Clean Room Dirty Halls

The room was extremely nice and clean with the exception of a broken shower curtain rod it was good. The hallway getting to the room was extremely stinky and dirty. There were stains all over the carpet and the cigarette smell was strong.

Mainstay Suites Wilmington - University area

We stayed four nights and it was very comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. The patio off of the breakfast room looked great with freshly planted flowers. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
