We were only there for a short time late night/early morning flights. Breakfast was very good and opened at 6:30, they also offered a Togo breakfast for really early checkout. Shuttle service was great! I offered driver a tip and he wouldn’t accept. Very kind gentleman!

Shuttle service was terrible. Drove in loops (four times) around the airport "until the shuttle was full". In the morning, shuttle runs only hourly.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and very reasonably priced. The free airport shuttle was great. When I called the hotel to book the airport shuttle, I was given detailed information about how to find the shuttle. The information was very helpful. I enjoyed a nice walk along the Etobicoke Creek Trail, accessed just south of the hotel off Eglinton.
