Never ever stay at this hotel
Unbelievably bad. From the unfriendly check in to the dirty room to the two out of three broken elevators, and the attempt to charge me $300 for smoking in a room when I’ve never smoked a day in my life to the final icing on the cake, the inability to even email me a receipt at the end of my stay this hotel failed at every possible opportunity. I can’t think of a hotel that I have ever stayed at in all of my years that seemed to have it less together than this one. An utter and complete failure at even the most basic things.

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The room was di gy with many stains arou d the room. The jacuzzi tub would not hold water due to falty drain. Tbe shower had mold.

Horrible
Room door was wide open when I got there. Sheets were dirty, pillows were dingy. I was double charged and have been trying to get hold of the manager for almost a week. The first receptionist was able to see my booking from a third party and admitted that I had been double charged while the second assumes it’s a fee? Do NOT stay here, it was literally the worst place I’ve stayed.

employees need training-Poor Operations Management
Check in was not a great first impression. I waited in line for over 30 minutes behind one woman. It took so long because the check in employee could not find an available room. The lady ahead of me booked her room 2 weeks in advance, and she searched for almost an hour to find her a room. I just knew I was screwed, as I booked my room last week. After finally finding the previous customer a room, it took her another 30 minutes to find my room. When I got to the room it was not as nice as I had hoped. There was, what appeared to be fresh blood on the PILLOWCASES! The bed did not appear to have fresh linens. The door to the living room would not shut, none of the lights worked in the sitting area, and the entire room lacked cleanliness. At the price I paid, I expected a little more classy and a lot less “Cooks Motel”.

Very dated lobby and rooms although they’ve been updated. Waited an hour to checkin. Only one person at reception. Felt sorry for her as she was trying to do her best to deal with the line-up of people trying to check in. Overall comfortable and nice view but too pricey for what you’re getting.

Not a place for kids or an enjoyable get away. The property is in very poor condition and parking is a major issue with limited/ extremely tight spots. We witnessed families requesting refunds. The more you look around, the worse it is. Photos must be from 20 years ago.
