I guess if you NEED a room....
Staff was very nice, check in was quick, and the front desk area was clean. Now.... the room.... yikes!!!! Room was extremly cold. Wall unit for heat and air. Had to climb on bed and stand there, to turn heat on and adjust it. Was extremely loud every time it turned on. Woke my son and i up throughout the night. Could not really even talk to each other when it was on. Though it did warm the room up fairly decently . Only 1 lamp in room that flickered unless you positioned the lamp shade just right. Only 1 other light when you 1st walked in. The door leaked which isnt great when its 19 degrees out and No heat in bathroom which was right off the entry door. The Tub did not drain, hair dryer fell off the wall when adult son was using the bathroom, towels smelled like they had been washed quite awhile and then sat there. They seemed clean just smelled musty. Coffee maker didnt have the correct tray to make coffee. Did get it angled in there enough to kinda make a cup of coffee. Water damage and old dry wall work in main room. Needed to be swept and wiped down. Beds elevated with wood posts. Pillowcases were dirty on one bed. But the rest of the bedding seemed exceptable. However, The beds were comfortable! Remote didnt have a battery cover and wouldnt turn the TV on. It did work to turn channels and adjust volume after we found the power switch on the TV itself. Was glad we didnt have to go old old school and stand at the TV to change channels. Wasnt totally horrific but

The room was so disgusting!!! Dirty! There were dry bugs all over the floor, in the washroom and all over in the bathtub, which looked like they had been there all summer. Toilet didn’t work and the phone was not in service to call the front desk to report it. I had to walk down a long slope to the front desk, so inconvenient! The agent tried to explain this was normal and this is the time of the year the bugs come from the mountains. I did not believe her. I was so upset and I was tired after a 10 hour drive. I was moved to a different room and there were still dead dry bugs on the floor. I just took the room because it was so late. I will never stay there again! Disgusting!!

WORST hotel ever!!!!
Room was disgusting. I have never in my life canceled a hotel before. Look at the pictures. No one would rent a room like this. Hotels.com needs to take them off of their website. I even tried to change rooms and they said they were booked. I had to stay 1 night because we arrived so late. Left immediately the next morning. Was suppose to stay 3 nights. They would NOT refund my money. I would not want anyone else to stay in this place. Would only let me upload 8 pictures. I have more

Door looks as if it had been kicked in.
Hole in bathroom door not completely repaired. Tape on floor to hold threshold down between rooms
