After arriving and checking in, I was informed that the laundry was out of service. I chose this location for the laundry, as I am camping. I have tried to contact Hotels.com to cancel and for reimbursement and have been unable to reach anyone. I left the hotel and booked elsewhere. I expect a total refund.

My Mom (85) and I were put in a long day on the road. Normally I read reviews etc, before booking. I was tired and did not. I’m happy I just booked! It is a a genuine refurbished mid century western motel! Super quaint, and Hailey at the front desk was great, as was the Chef for breakfast. The gift shop featured local artists work that was amazing. Not the normal tourist junk. We will definitely stay here again

Very Nice
We stayed in a king size room. Everything was new and clean. It was very nice. They only problem is there was nowhere to place our luggage. There were no drawers where we could unpack our clothes. We asked for a luggage rack and they brough us two of them. This resolved the problem.
