Hotel was OK, clean and convenient location for Oxford. Staff were all Asian and had no idea about wine etc ( as they stated they dont drink !). Perhaps put someone behind the bar that has some experience or training.

Also, on the Sunday morning woke up to no electric or water, but that did come back on after about 5 mins, but not sure for how long prior to that it was off.

Ladies on the desk on arrival and departure were lovely and super helpful. Room is basic, shower head was rusty and room smelled of chlorine so I had to open window and air it out for hours. Could do with being modernised, TV was old and slow and not a smart TV. Bed was comfy enough with decent lighting and plenty of plug sockets
