This was a very disappointing and unsafe stay. The room had a bad odor and the deadbolt was broken, so I couldnât properly secure the door. As a solo female traveler, I had to push furniture against it and hang keys on the handle for security.
There was no elevator, which I wasnât warned about. I have a disability and had to carry my luggage up the stairs â extremely difficult after a long day of travel.
I was so exhausted that I chose not to switch rooms, and honestly, I didnât think another room would be any better.
The most disturbing part was waking up Saturday morning to people running through the hallway and a man yelling âIâll kill you!â multiple times, with a woman screaming âLet him go!â It was terrifying. No staff ever followed up or intervened.
I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers, disabled guests, or anyone concerned about safety and basic comfort.
