Não obtivemos serviços de quarto. Nosso quarto não foi arrumando ou toalhas foram trocadas. Os funcionários entraram no quarto para fazer anotações do que havia sido consumido mas não se deram ao trabalho de prestar os serviços de limpeza. A piscina não estava limpa. Não recomendo o hotel e não temos planos de retornar.

Stayed at this hotel for 18 days. Great customer service. Hotel restaurant had a variety of healthy and fresh food. The chef took the time to prepare special dishes for us every time we dined there. Overall, great hotel, beautiful location, and friendly service. Definitely will come back.

30-40 minutes from Belo Horizonte
Alphaville is a great community to stay around. There are great restaurants and bars a short walk away from the hotel. The bus comes every hour to drive into Belo Horizonte. The rooms are very comfortable and the view of the lake, Lagoa dos Ingleses made the stay memorable.

Muito bom, mas com melhorias a fazer.
Check in: A funcionária da recepção estava com uma má vontade incrível, provavelmente por estar próximo às 19h (troca de turno). Cordialidade mínima e ainda esqueceu de habilitar os cartões-chave para abrir o quarto, fazendo eu ter que retornar à recepção. E quando voltei, ela pediu para outro funcionário fazer o procedimento (Johnny). A acomodação é ampla, banheiro poderia ter a porta abrindo para fora, mas o que realmente é ruim é o sistema de ar condicionado. Antiquado e fraco. É um sistema central que Não refrigera bem o ambiente. Tive muita dificuldade com a situação, o pessoal da recepção é mal orientado e não consegue resolver problemas simples. No dia seguinte, fui reclamar novamente e a governanta Kelly fez o máximo que podia dentro das condições do hotel. Melhorou um pouco, mas ficou o ideal. Deixei a sugestão de que o hotel inutilize o sistema central de ar condicionado e instale aparelhos individualizados nos quartos. Outro ponto negativo do hotel é ter um aviso de que não se responsabilizam pelos pertences deixados no carro no estacionamento próprio deles. Coisa de 1980, que a gente sabe que não tem efeitos jurídicos. Um hotel da categoria do transamérica não deveria adotar essa postura. No mais, todo o restante é bom, piscina, quarto, teve recreação gratuita para as crianças e isso é muito bom. Café da manhã é razoável, poderia ser melhor pelo preço que é a diária. Só retornaria ao hotel se trocassem o sistema de refrigeração dos quartos.
