We were in town overnight. The location is nice, Kendall Sq, Cambridge, a short walk across the river. Lots to see and do in the area with great restaurants around. I enjoy non-chain hotels as they tend to pay more attention to details. We were happy with the choice. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean. Okay, good breakfast

Had an okay time here. I had tried to text them through the phone number they gave in their welcome email but it doesn't actually go to the hotel so I would not recommend you text that phone number. I did not find the front desk staff to be very friendly nor were they expeditious. Their elevator is super slow and can apparently only take 4 people at one time. Additionally, though they have signs on the ground floor for the bathroom, they're both out of order so don't expect to be able to use them. Water pressure in the shower was good, breakfast was good. Bacon was the perfect level of crispy.

Mechanical noise and no one cares

The fan in the bathroom would not shut off. So loud I couldn’t sleep. They could not fix it or get me another room. I tried to sleep on the couch because the noise was louder in the bed. I was up at 4 am yesterday and barely slept last night and I am exhausted. I have to get to work but still waiting for the manager to get in to resolve this. The whole point of a hotel is a good night’s sleep and I did not get that:(
