PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE STAY AND IT'S $35 for in/out option. This was buried in the fine print by HOTELS.COM website. It's the same price to self-park or valet. (I was kinda bummed they didnt offer to plug my car in, but maybe they dont have chargers.) Check and check out were smooth, bed was super comfy, good water pressure and everything was clean and pretty quiet. If you're doing anything near OSU its super convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay but we used the valet service and found a huge, deep scratch on the back of our car. Conveniently, the ticket that would tell where our car was parked and who drove it, was not attached to our keys as it should’ve been. The valet service for the hotel has been very proactive with us, so we’ll see. Buyer beware!

Overall, everything was good. Some things were out dated like the shower fixture (uneven water pressure and a drain that couldn't keep up so you were standing in a pool at the end). The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The bed was VERY comfortable, though.
