A place to sleep but not much more.
I felt the design of the hotel lacked the warmth and welcoming atmosphere that I was expecting, especially with reception outside and the lobby being just a thoroughfare. Also, housekeeping was not great at keeping items stocked in the room (towels, toilet paper, soap in the dispensers, Kleenex, etc).
