Good centrally-located place in Triangle area
Quick and easy check in, quick and easy check out. Room was fine, fairly standard. Nice large comfortable bed, tv worked (this is not something to be taken for granted, we've been in a few places where it didn't work), and room entrances are inside the building, not exposed to outside. We were on the 3rd floor (out of 4) and there was an elevator. Shower was large, but there's no seal on the door, so there was a little draft inside when not standing directly under the water. Got up late so missed out on the continental breakfast, but nice that it's at least offered. Good location too, as we were there for a Carolina Hurricanes game, and it was a straight shot to Lenovo Arena on I-40.

Annoying Check-in process.
Check in was late at night and very slow. The receptionist was updating his computer, and after we waited for that he thought it was a good idea to bring out another employee for training, which made the whole process take even longer. Aside from that the hotel was fine.

Don’t Stay Here
I have been scammed by this hotel. I was charged a $300 hold on my credit card to only have to pay $100 more. I have not seen the $100, hold; how ever the $300 hold was lifted as soon as I checked out. The breakfast was a joke, no napkins anywhere, when I asked about the coffee and if it was fresh, I was told that what ever was in the coffee container was what it was. Well it was empty and when I turned around he was gone never came to check it himself.. This hotel is centered around so many other really nice hotels and it just should not be in the same area or place this place needs to be placed in the bad areas.. You are taking a gamble when staying here!
