We will be back
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are a great size and much bigger than other places we stayed. Not just our room but the hotel as a whole was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The beds were 10 out of 10 for comfort. The hot and cold breakfast options were outstanding and delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was average sized, but they were definitely deceiving on how they looked online. Before getting to the room, I smelled weed. I was turned off by the fact the beds were so low to the ground. There were also cracks in the tile, and the tubs were kind of scummy looking. I did appreciate the pullout bed underneath the couch which the couch was exceptionally comfortable, and big. You could fit four or more people in there easy. The pool water looked like it had a film on the top of it. Unfortunately, my nephew, who was looking forward to swimming, was unable to do that. The parking lot weren’t as towed as they could have been for the snow. The complementary breakfast was awesome though. I definitely enjoyed that!!

Meh! Nothing like the other Springhill Suites I’m
Parking lot had no salt and was an ice rink- we almost slid into a parked car as soon as we arrived. Lobby is sparse and depressing. Another guest was complaining to desk about the mice spotted in dining area. Room ( suite with sofa) had damaged furniture, and only one TV so we had to stay in bed to watch anything. No housekeeping service between Dec 22 and Dec 26 Community hot tub was not circulating/ no jets, so little or no water filtration and debris was in water. We have stayed in many Springhill Suites and this reminded me of a tired place with recycled motel furniture. Receptionists were nice.

This is unfair
Ourroom smelled like something died . We told them they apologized and said they had no more rooms. Others left because of this .I booked another room at the hotel next door . They said since i booked threw 3rd party they couldnt give me a refund but have the 3rd party call and i would get refundedbut when they were called they denied the refund .The clerk said he just returned from his vacation and said he didnt know what was going on .I paid alot of money for a roo. I could.not even use. Very upset.

Very Happy
Very pleasant experience all around. Warm greeting upon arrival, front desk was a pleasure to chat with on our snack run, and the continental breakfast was the most impressive I've ever seen at a hotel. I would definitely stay again!

No room cleaning?
The hotel itself wasn't bad, and pretty much what you'd expect for the low price, but we were there from Monday through Friday and room service never came to clean our room. They came once while we were still in the room but left when they saw us there, and never came back. Had to go ask for fresh towels and they never emptied our trash. The employers were pretty nice and probably would've had the room cleaned while we were gone if we had asked, but you don't need to ask at any other hotel I've been to. The shower was pretty used and bare bones but again, I'd expect that for the price. Nice hotel overal, but on the fence about going again

It was great for what we needed. Breakfast was amazing too! It’s easy to miss the turn into the lot so be careful with that. The pool and gym are pretty small too so didn’t get much use out of that. But the room was perfect!
