We have stayed here before-and all I can say is it has degraded so much that I won’t ever stay again nor recommend it! The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Several outlets in the room didn’t work, the iron didn’t work, the phone didn’t work-to reach the front deak I had to call the hotel from my cell phone!

Everything was great. Close to shopping, food and more. Had to travel for my aunt's funeral and this was convenient to everywhere we had to go. The only thing I would improve would be the outlets. Not many. But everything else was great. We even washed our clothes in their laundry room to repack our suitcase. Thank you.

It did the job for 3 nights. The neighbourhood was good but it's way overpriced for what it is. But that's NY for you. I liked that dogs stay free, that was a huge plus. The only issue I had was that the shower water was tepid through out my stay. And the lobby smelled of cleaning products most days. At night the hotel was a tad noisy with people partying in the parking lot. Overall I felt safe cause as I said, its a decent neighbourhood.
