Excellent hotel
Great hotel with lovely staff in a good location. I requested a quiet room on a high floor when I booked and that’s what I was given. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows so nice I wanted to take them home. Lovely cocktails downstairs in the bar. Will definitely return.

Nice, as expected...
Lovely, clean hotel with good facilities. Check in was seamless. The room was a good size and very clean. The key lock on my room door was a problem and I had to visit reception a number of times to get in. The maintenance man confirmed it needed to be replaced. Good choice of foods and drinks at breakfast, but the hot food was lukewarm at most. This didn't spoil the trip though, and I'd definitely stay again.

Price was good. Check-in was smooth (after completing it on-line). The room had everything needed (TV, iron, hairdryer, tea and coffee) It was quiet. There is a bar on site. The location is great. Close to the train station and city centre. It was odd that the toilet and the bathroom were seperate?

Room amenities and housekeeping standard of my Queen room were excellent. The location near the station and the town centre was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was on arrival there was only 1 person on reception at about 4pm and it was at least 5 minutes wait whilst I stood for check in.
