We had a wonderful stay. Anna I was Fabulous. She helped me with a few issues, recommended places to eat and just was a wonderful front person for your hotels. Lovely hotel in a great location for the old town and the train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the man at the bar in reception. Really nice room and bathroom and all spotlessly clean. One nice facility was being able to extend one’s check-out time (for a fee), which made our departure day stress free.
