Nasty infested waiting to catch a disease
First room I walked into had roaches and stains on the wall as well as food stains on the bed the room had a weird smell to it with electrical outlets missing cover plates I spoke to the front desk and waited more then a few minutes for him and he wasent around when he finally came to the front desk I explained to him what I seen and had issues with he was concerned more about the food stains and dried up food on the mattress then anything he moved me rooms the second room I went to had the same weird smell the outlet in the sink area just hanging out of the wall black stains on the walls looked like dead roaches on the wall and cuts and dirt everywhere I then looked at the sheets and they had urine stains all over the sheets I spoke to hotel.com they tried to call and no one at the front desk would answer they emailed them and received no response this nasty infested place should be shut down I left the same night and will never stay at a super6 or motel 6 again

This is a scam
This place is not a 3.5 star rated hotel it is a total crock and a scam that you have it rated that I do not know how I have videos of roaches in my shower. It was very unclean. There was no blankets on the bed. There was no restaurant in the hotel no food or breakfast offered no food at all in the hotel no coffee area nothing I stayed in two star hotels that were nicer. It was very dirty. It had a roach there were sheets that didn’t fit the bed I was, feeling unsafe there was meth head in the hallway. There was people on drugs in the hallway. The back door was left open, so there was no security there people could come in at all hours. It was a very unsafe, unsettling, location, and the star rating of the places is a scam. I am going to escalate this higher as I shouldn’t have paid as much as I did for this room and I’m very upset. This is less accommodating than a motel sex, but twice the price.

Wort hotel ever
Worst hotel I have ever visited. AC unit not working, Tub was filthy bathroom not cleaned, Roaches everywhere and the hallways smelled like dog piss. Pet friendly hotel with no one cleaning the pet smell. No heat I ended up with a cold. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean our room. I did advise the cleaner lady of the roaches and needed clean towels was advise 1 hour wait. Hopefully I can be refunded for this horrible stay!

The first room we had we had to move due to the cockroaches that were in the room. The second room we moved to there were two metal bars sticking out of the bed, my boyfriend cut his foot open on it. When we sent an email to the manager, he came up and moved the bed over but didn’t hear anything from them again, and or an apology. So overall not a great stay.

Dirty rooms with 24/7 train noise.
There was a train that would pass by honking every hour 24/7. The hotel was dirty. I asked for a new room once I saw how dirty the first room was. The second room was not much better. I had to wipe the table surfaces because they all had some sort of haze on them. Don’t rent this place.

Would like some kind of reimbursement!
Well first walking into the building outside in the pathway to the entrance i slipped on a dead rat just laying there on the floor! DISGUSTING! Second on arrival it took roughly 30min for someone to attend me, yes no one was at the front desk ready to check me in. Theres was just a sign that said “ sorry for my absence but currently helping another guest i will be back shortly” half an hour doesn’t seem “shortly” to me maybe i was a little rude when the employee got there but because i was already having the worst of nights ive ever had in. A while. Check in was quick ill give yu that after waiting 30min for an associate to even show up.. and lastly as im getting ready to fall asleep and call it a night the freakin fire alarm goes on and ruins my sleeping!

When I checked in I found out later the manger and GM were at the front desk. Later that night I tried to take a shower after a long day driving and it was maybe lukewarm at that moment. So I called the front desk spoke to Micheal and he explained he would let maintenance know in the AM. Also thyough the cold night I tried to turn on the heater that also didn’t work. So of course I told Micheal this as well. Well the next day I find out this whole time I’m being lied to because the “hot water” has been broken for over a month. They do t have it posted any where and do f bother to tell people when they check in. So of course I demand to speak to a manager but Mr. Patel doesn’t come back in till noon. Jessica was great she was the only person choosing to tell people the truth upon checkin. So as I’m going out to my car my husband and I saw the same guy from previous day when I checked in, I told him you were here when I checked in why didn’t you tell me the hot water wasn’t working along with the heater. Which at this point I’m finding he is the GM Mr. Patel. He says to me that all rooms aren’t like that, I told him if only a few rooms I would want to know about it if I’m checking in. This allows me to make a decision if I want to stay or not. I told him my issues. Also I found out my room has a broken coil so the heater can’t be fixed. He told me to wait around till between noon and 1pm it never came on, I checked out early!! Still waiting on my money. I will report issues.
