The owner has clearly thought through and provided all the amenities a guest reasonably would like to be provided with. Our shower room on the ground floor was a bit small and may not be suitable for everyone but otherwise our room was very comfortable, in particular the bed which was medium firm and supportive. The breakfast was excellent with great choices and service.

The hotel above average, I should say I do not expect spacious room like in Canada but comfortable enough for 3. Walking distance most of the sights, we use to hike no problem for us. Area was nice and felt secure, walking distance to Victoria station and close to nice shops and Harrods. Our hotel room was clean and neat. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Owners are involved in the service and were very pleasant, they even allowed us to leave our luggage as we need to go on a tour after checking out.Overall highly recommended and will definitely stay again if ever we go back to London.

Excellent hotel and an awesome breakfast that is made to order. The service was amazing and staff very friendly. They had umbrellas to use for the day. That made a huge difference in our plans for the rainy day. We were able to see many outdoor sights like watching the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham.
