needs a good vacuuming
we stayed at this hotel the night of our late flight arrival and then again the night before an early morning flight. the room the first night was run down a bit..the wall in the shower enclosure was peeling away from the wall, the corridor carpets were very dirty,,needing a good vac! the second room was in better shape, the bathroom cleaner and in better condition. however carpets in the hallway on this floor were also dirty, with small pieces of lint and dirt in front of room doors. The bathroom light was out, the microwave plate was missing. The location is good for quick access to the airport - the older shuttle driver (3-11) was very nice. The linens were clean, the breakfast sufficient. Reasonable stay.

Update needed
The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The only thing I would suggest is to update the lobby. The furniture is old and looks shabby, the end tables are chipped and look terrible. Since this is the first view when you come in, an update would really make a difference.

Fun Stay
Came up for the bills/ravens playoff game. Did the online check-in before arrival so i wouldnt have to deal with it at the hotel, uploaded my ID, gave a credit. Upon arrival at the front desk, still had to give them my ID and a credit card. What was the point of doing it all online if i still have to do it at the hotel? Room was nice sized and clean. Bed was very comfy. Only criticism of the room itself is that the bathroom was a bit dated, especially the shower. But the water pressure was amazing, so that made it okay. Interactions with the staff went well. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it did the job, and thats what matters most. Hotel was in a great location. First time in Buffalo when there was actual snow, so im not sure if its standard practice to not clear the snow from the lots and sidewalks, but we left at 11am and the lot was kinda clear due to cars driving on it, but the sidewalks, aside from the entrance, hadnt been touched. Another first for me was getting a text the day before check-out asking me what time i was leaving. All-in-all, we had a great stay, aside from the ravens losing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The stay was fine, it was just an overnight stay. But in the morning when we went to obtain the shuttle to the airport. The man who was waiting the front desk was miserable. He was unpleasant to everyone in the lobby. He reamed one guest out for not signing up for the shuttle ahead of time. Maybe when he checked in he was not informed that he needed to do that.

Not the same hotel it once was.
Checked in and was given my room key. Went to my room and the front staff assigned me the wrong room. Received a new room and key and the entire 3rd floor smells like weed and cigarette smoke. The hotel is so worn and dirty. The floor hallways haven’t been vacuumed for at least a month. Hotel beds- awful, no shampoo and conditioner. No cream or sugar for in room coffee. And front office staff too busy being on FaceTime then doing their job. I stayed at this hotel in 2018, and was so impressed with staff, rooms, beds, safety and cleanliness, Which is why I booked this hotel room. However , as of 2025, not sure if it’s new ownership, or management but this hotel is a very ruin down. I was very disappointed and would never stay again.

The Sleep inn at the airport is our go to hotel everything we visit Buffalo (we have family in the area), and we usually have a wonderful stay. However, this experience was not the best. The one person at check in, Philip, was super nice, however, Brady was rude and needs customer service training. After a looooong travel day the last thing anyone wants deal with is someone who doesn’t know how to properly engage with customers.
