Never Again
The door to my room (902) when you shut it didn’t lock. I notified the front desk and they never came to fix it. I had to sleep with a chair in front of the door for safety.
The thermostat in the room was broken as well so I couldn’t turn the heat down. The tub was filthy. The towels appeared clean but were hard to the touch. I travel with my own towels so that was a blessing I didn’t have to use them.
The breakfast in the morning was disgusting. They didn’t even serve water, only juice and coffee. When I asked for water I was told I had to purchase it. Purchase water at breakfast really? Then the shuttle drivers were rude, drove too fast and reckless both to and from the airport and demanded tips from each passenger. I had planned to tip them anyway but this was disrespectful. Overall I would not stay here again.
