Horrible sleeping experience
The room seemed very nice we had high expectations. However when we went to bed the mattress and box spring not only squeaked a lot but it was terribly lumpy and uncomfortable. We hardly got any sleep at all on it. And then when we went for breakfast although breakfast was open till 9:30 by 8:15 there are no eggs no sausage no cream for coffee and actually no coffee. So I would say I will never stay there again unless I check the bed first.

Really bad
Microwave smelled like old curry. Coffee pot was filthy inside basket. Black mold or mildew on window sill. Curtain was badly shredded (about a 10”x8” section). Bed was sagging in middle and springs squeaked very loudly like… well an old mattress. Door cards stopped working after a few hours and they had to reset them for some reason. There was a huge amount of dust in the ac/heater unit which severely agitated my allergies. At breakfast, the eggs were only filled once in the early morning and never restocked. The waffle iron was set too hot with too short of time which resulted in waffles that were burned on the outside and still literally liquid inside. The waffle batter tasted sour and rancid.

Needs improving.
Room was very clean but there was an unpleasant smell in hallways and the carpet needed vacuuming. Breakfast was not replenished in a timely manner. Despite notices requesting food be eaten in the breakfast room, guests were taking huge amounts of food to their rooms.

I was concerned about mold in the shower. Had wheelchair accessible shower although not asked for. The shower head was held by tie wire. The refrigerator icebox was in need of defrosting and leaked a little on floor.

Not so Quality Inn
Let’s start with the good things. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But.. our room was locked from the inside!! Our replacement room, had no bathroom mirror and the electrical outlet did not work. The light switch casing was on the floor with screws in it. No hair dryer. We were lent a hair dryer from the front desk…. But the only mirror a floor length one near the door to the hall, didn’t have an electrical outlet close enough to use the hair dryer. And the bottom of the door is at least an inch from the floor so the noise from hall was not buffered, a noisy night!
