O hotel é decadente, hóspedes reclamam o tempo todo (elevadores, café da manhã, higiene (quartos cheios de mofo e móveis velhos). Foi oferecido um quarto reformado depois de muita insistência. Ambiente está em péssima conservação! Estacionamento superlotado, funcionário impetuoso e completamente despreparado para lidar com público. Total desrespeito com os direitos!!! Não recomendo!!!

Sempre nos hospedamos no Parque Balneário e dessa vez voltou a nos surpreender positivamente. Achamos que melhorou o atendimento e as acomodações. O café da manhã é excepcional! Localização excelente! A única ressalva é que pedimos uma manta(cobertor) e a que foi disponibilizada além de ser pequena(solteiro), era muito antiga e dura. Também sugerimos colocar um pillow top, pois achamos o colchão desconfortável. Mas entendemos que o hotel está num processo de reforma e melhorias. Voltaremos a nos hospedar neste hotel, com certeza.
