Bathrooms had false eyelashes on the floor, so it was never swept. We were there on a Tuesday night put us next to a room where everyone is in and out and partying. Don’t understand that didn’t get any sleep.

Would not do it again.
Out of date..... Typical atlantic city location with homeless vagrants.. took 45 minutes to get a coffee at the in-house. Dunkin, because the kiosks were not working, and there was no sign stating that.. So when you went inside and waited off to the side, you waited for a half hour before one of the other patrons let you know the kiosks werent working. Only 2 guys working in Dunkin, and they were doing the best they could with the crowd that was accumulating.... The chinese restaurant was way way overpriced. Everything smells like cigarette smoke near the casino front desk, bar and elevators. Really can't walk the streets once the sun goes down....

Time to say goodbye to Bally's
Front desk older lady was so disrespectful. Took an hour waiting to check in and no line either. No apology for the wait or her rudeness. There is no maid service and unsuccessful even getting new towels. Pool closes very early, 6 pm so was unable to use. Spa only offers massages and no other services. Even some of the dealers were rude to customers amd their wait staff. Never saw this before at these resorts. Been going to Bally's for over 20 years and that was our last oveenight stay. We will be staying at Caesars or Hard Rock from now on.

Bad checking process and reps were not nice
The front desk was not accommodating at all. Asking for early checkin was like I was asking for a free night. The would not tell me if my room was available over the phone. Then when I went to the desk they did not have an estimated time it would be ready. Only had two people working the deal so at 4:00 for checking the line had a minimum of 50 people. The checkin kiosk did not work either.
