Bathroom not clean
The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived. It had a used soap and stains on the sink. Aside from that, everything was as expected. Staff was super friendly and helpful, location is great.

Disneyland Trip
I have stayed here multiple times for Disneyland trips and I stay here for the price and proximity to the parks. The hotel is pretty quiet for the post part, though I had a room that had a door to an adjoining room this time, and I could hear the guests in the next room very clearly, however, they weren't very loud and it really didn't bother me. The floors in the bathroom were a little dirtier than normal, but again, it didn't really bother me too much. The rest of the room and stay were great.

We were there for the Disney10k so just needed a place to stay. Definitely nicer than most Motel 6’s that we’ve been to. Got a little nervous seeing the reviews on yelp but it’s actually clean and nice!

Poor condition, the entire floor was peeling up throughout the hallway that led to my room. Heating and ac worked fine. I’ve stayed here before in another section and it was nice. I must’ve been in a newer addition last time.

Security guard came barged in our room at 1am
On our first night in the hotel, a security guard barged in our room at 1am. We didnt know he was a security guard. When he saw us, me being unclothed in bed and my partner sleeping, he left. The front desk said he was a security guard checking a room that was supposed to be vacant and entered our room by mistake. I'm not accustomed to showing strangers my tatas, and if I had been alone, that really would have been even more uncomfortable. Management did reach out to me and refund me for 2 of our 3 night stay, but still a pretty uncomfortable situation. I couldn't sleep too well the rest of the trip and didn't feel safe there.

The evaluator was broken & we stayed on the fourth floor…. When I tried to open the door to our room, neither of the keys were working. So I called the front desk & asked if someone could meet us up (because we had already taken the stairs in to the fourth floor in the first place) the man at the counter said I needed to come downstairs & show my ID to verify it was me staying in that room. Luckily, there’s other ways of verifying your ID, so I verified my address & a few minutes later he brought two new room keys. After walking 13 miles at Disneyland, no one wants to climb 3 flights of stairs………..
