STAY AWAY
The pictures they advertise DO NOT reflect the actual stay. It was giving “we remodeled 1 room of each type and took pictures but didn’t bother to put that quality into the rest”. Our bathroom was tiny, had a half, A HALF, of a sliding glass door so it was cold while you showered, the main light switch in our room did god knows what cause it didn’t turn a light on and the light in our bunk bed “room” aka closet was more like a strobe light. The place was dingy and dirty. The bathroom mirror was half painted like the painter just got bored and walked away! I swear half was the theme for this room. For what it cost, it is NOT worth it. We left early and noticed several others come up to complain about similar issues.

Not a relaxing stay- like a motel
This is a touched up motel. The bathrooms are tiny and outdated. Our heater didn’t work the first night and we froze all night. The walls are thin and our neighbors kept us up with music until midnight. Do NOT stay here if you are traveling with family and want a relaxing stay.

Great stay. Perfect room for a family with the main room with queen bed and a semi separate room with bunk for the kids. Wish it wasn’t valet parking. Valet parking attendees were wonderful, it just seemed unnecessary.

What could have been.
We didn't end up staying at the hotel. Upon check-in we discovered the air conditioning in the room was not working. Maintenance was quick to arrive with a fan, but did not even attempt to fix the problem. After a visit back to the front desk, they were also quick to get us into another room. However, it was not a like kind replacement. With another visit back to the front desk and a request for a refund, they were also quick to oblige with a full refund, and we were on our way to another hotel. They were apologetic and sympathized with the situation and gave us no problems when asking for a full refund. So I will say, the customer service is outstanding, and the location is great, but I can't say much about actually staying there.

I wouldn’t stay again.
The room was run down and the heating did not work, which was needed this time of year. I was on the ground floor near the guest services which was loud until after midnight. There was also a couple screaming at each other outside the room at 4.30am. The room felt exposed as a female traveler, with the front door being close to the street and the window at the back being in the car park. The front bedroom also has a window that faces into an alley. On positive notes, the front desk for check in and check out were great. The bed was clean and valet was convenient.

Not a great experience
This hotel looks like it used to be a motel that they converted to this hotel. It's right next to the beach, which is nice, but the rooms are claustrophobic. The lighting is harsh, the sound echoes, and the beds squeak. We asked for a refund as we could not stay there. They showed us other rooms, but they were equally uncomfortable. The staff was very nice but the hotel was not.
