The hotel is located just across the street from Gare de l'Est, there are bus and metro stops just outside the hotel; Louvre is within 40 min walk; next door to the hotel is 7/7 supermarket. The "cosy" room is relatively small, but comfortable, with enough space for working desk, clothing racks, wardrobe, kettle. Bathroom is fine. Bed is comfortable, the windows have blackout curtains. The staff is polite and accomodating. All in all a good option fro a bussiness trip of few days, especially if you make use of lower price period.

I stayed at this hotel to try hoping that it would be quiet and that I would get some work done. The rooms here are not sound proof. People in the room next store must have been having some kind of rave til 4am. I got literally no sleep the entire time I was here. Expect to be sleeping on a prison style bed next to the shower/toilet. the room is so small that having a chair in their blocks the door presenting a fire hazard. This hotel is close to good transport links.

The hotel itself is clean and well presented, but the noise from the nearby trains literally shakes the room. They do stop at around 1am but the noise from the nearby street is also extremely discomforting.

the location was excellent. Steps from the train station. Staff was very helpful and kind, the also offer luggage storage if needed on your day of check in/out. If you are a light sleeper here is some noise from the station but for me it was calming like a thunderstorm.

Comfortable stay for a solo trip
It was great! A walk away from Gare Du Nord which made going and coming back from Paris much easier and it was very quick to get to places I wanted to go given the many means of transport nearby. The hotel was very clean, the people at the reception were kind and helped me by kepping my bags in the luggage room for a couple hours before check in and after check out shich meant I was able to explore a lot more! I stayed at the cozy single room, no view but that was fine cause i was out all day. The bed was very confortable, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and spotless! The advantage of having a mini fridge was great cause i could store some goodies in there. Will definitely go back

The only good thing about the property was the location to the train station, and the front desk staff was friendly. The rooms were extremely small and dirty. On my second day, I discovered a family of cockroaches in my bathroom. When I took the photos/videos to the front desk, they offered to switch me to another room. However, the other room looked even dirtier. The front desk ended up assuring me that housekeeping would do a deep clean in my room. The location of the hotel itself is near a construction site, in front of a bus stop, and obviously the train station. While the commute to the train station was short, the sound and noise level made it hard to sleep at night. Would not recommend.

Lovely stay , metro, train station etc few lovely restaurants around That does good value evening meal and cocktails. We used metro every day was so easy and that’s coming from someone who never used them ever, but also recommend the 32 bus next to the metro station you see so much of where to go with this bus, stops by eiffle tower and the big shopping places etc

We checked in late and got assigned a room. My partner immediately got bad vibes before we walked in the door. There was mold around the window. Checked the bedding and it was worn with some stains. We also found hair in the pillow case and on the mattress. The washroom wasn't very inviting. I shared these concerns with staff and the person I spoke to gave the impression that it was the first time they were hearing anything like this. Hard to believe since the mold around the window seemed like it could have even been there for months or years. There was also random hair in other places in the room. Anways, they could not change our room on the first night. My wife and I were exploring taking the loss and booking another hotel or AirBnB. It was that uncomfortable. The first night took us until about 4 am to muster the courage to fall asleep. The next day was much better after we were moved to a room that was closer to our expectations. We now had a balcony and the washroom was more modern. It would have been nice if they offered a discount for horror first night though. After getting the new room, the only other issues were that it is next to a train station so things can tend to get loud but that is the case for many hotels in Paris. We were able to sleep fine though. The other thing was water will leak out of the shower on the washroom floor so make sure you have extra towels. They also didnt seem to fill up the shampoo and soap dispensers. Ran out out while showering
