Rooms was clean and were serviced everyday. In the city center, lots to do in walking distance. Valet parking, complimentary breakfast.

Hotel staff was vey nice and it was in a great location (Downtown across from the large square and Cathedral) Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was actually attached to a nice restaurant and large store. It was however in need of a lot of updating. While the room was clean the catpets were threadbare and stained, Lights were very dim and everything was in need of a fresh coat of paint. It felt a bit stale, old, and dated. With just a few renovations it could be incredibly nice, but as it is, it's mediocre.

Very good location near main important points, easy access and food options near by are good. The room I stayed in was outdated, the A/C wasn’t working and they did not offer the amenities they said in the booking information. It’s a very convenient place to stay in downtown AGS.

Great place full of history and walking distance from Jardin de San Marcos, plaza, feria, etc. The place has been renovated but still needs updated bathrooms… The lobby scent is unpleasant, maybe adding something that doesn’t smell like public transportation.
