Extra Day Booking Confusion
On check-in, the staff acknowledged and confirmed we added the 2nd night and that we would stay in our room for both nights. On returning to our room the next day, our key was locked out. The staff told us that someone cancelled the 2nd day. Obviously, we did not cancel any room. After 20-30 minutes we finally got our key only to find out that it was for a different room. Eventually we got the correct key and our things were still there, but we, and they, were worried that the staff might have removed everything. It was a stressful, frustrating situation. Ultimately, we actually took the room that was not exactly what we paid for. We feel that we should be compensated in some wau.
