Great stay
Great stay. Rate was higher due to conventions. Clean room, comfortable bed, usual breakfast items. No complaints.

Condition not good. In room, cracked sink, mold in shower grout, broken floor board. Floor in room filthy. Wife’s white socks were black after walking around. Noisy location. A party venue was across the street and music very loud until 2:00 a.m., plus general drunkenness Friday and Saturday nights. Service very good. Abraham very friendly.

Not handicap accessible
There was nothing on the site stating they would be a charge of $50.00 for parking, which also includes handicap parking. My husband and I are both handicapped and they had No handicap parking spots whatsoever unless you pay the $50.00 in a parking lot that they said is privately owned by someone else.
They did offer the public city parking meters as an option however that was so unrealistic and unreasonable because there wasn’t any of those meters available as we drove around for blocks. So if we had found one the likelihood of it being close to the hotel was nearly zero.
This situation was and is absolutely unacceptable and could or should be illegal. We were completely caught off guard and didn’t have that in our budget which caused a tremendous hardship on us.
Being handicapped isn’t by choice and we shouldn’t be put in a situation that would cause us hardship, harm or the ability to enjoy our experience.
We are extremely disappointed and feel discriminated against due to our handicap position.

$50 to park your car to hotel cost!!!
So San Diego downtown has got to be the worse place to stay if you have a car everywhere including the hotel required 50$ for parking in the lot next to hotel it isn’t included in the hotel cost so what ended up being a $120 room cost me $170 bc I paid $50 to park my car. I definitely thought parking would have been included! I will definitely not ever plan a stay downtown San Diego again bc apparently it cost everywhere for parking .. that’s ridiculous!

The rooms are small but clean and the location is absolutely amazing. It can be a bit loud with people slamming their doors but otherwise we didn't hear much in our room

Eh
You have to pay for parking and also the ads for the room says a double bed instead of a full bed so it was confusing because I thought it was a room with two beds

Never stayed there after I saw the state of the room and facility. Terrible terrible and not cheap either. I should be refunded. I directly booked a 5-star hotel by the water front about the same price I paid for each night at Royal Grove Waikiki in Honolulu.
