Ich wurde mit "Sie haben ja sicher schon einiges von der Kundin vor Ihnen mitbekommen." empfangen. Ja das hatte, aber ist das die richtige Begrüssung? Wie wäre es denn mit "Herzlich Willkommen in unserem Hotel"? Schade auch, dass die Kundin vor mir einen Prospekt für den Grillabend erhielt, ich nicht. Ich hätte gerne ein feines Stück Fleisch gegessen.
