Lewiston Idaho
I consider in America hotels as a business style Hotel. I have stayed at one previously and it was quite nice. This one seems to be lacking in attention on ownership side. The staff was accommodating, at minimum but still good. Regarding the ownership side, the hotel seem to be pretty well used or beat up from Travelers which I understand but their maintenance and upkeep is a little bit lacking. The beds are my biggest complaint, they were terrible. You could feel the Springs through the mattress and you had to find a quote/unquote sweet spot to sleep on. If the beds were comfortable I would accept it as an affordable business Hotel. I won't go on a rant like I see a lot of people do on the reviews. There are quite a few things that could use Improvement but I will leave that alone this time. I would put my blame on ownership rather than staff. The staff was cordial, quiet, and accommodating as best they could with what they were given.

When we checked in, we had to ask for daily cleaning service, since we were staying two nights. They forgot about it. To their credit, when we reminded them on the second day, they cleaned our room right away. There was no number on our room, as the sign was completely gone. No idea about that one! We took the stairs and the stairwells were not clean. There was seating for six people total - in the entire hotel. Not adequate. Also, there was no protein options for breakfast. It was cold and hot cereal, fruit, and make your own waffles.

Worn out and uncomfortable
Room was pretty beat up. Had a recliner that looked ready for the trash heap, the desk chair was old and torn, the bed was broken. Literally the mattress dipped at the side and the springs rattled every time I moved. Very uncomfortable. Noise from the nearby bar till early morning. Condition of the property seemed ok. I was looking for a reasonable rate room for a night, expected more. Would definitely not stay again.
