Great stay with many positives. There were a lot of amenities and the room layout was amazing. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Unfortunately, there were also some frustrations . -The restaurant wasn't open even though a staff member directed us to it. We ended up going to the bar & grill. I didn't see an option for room service either. -We also opted to eat breakfast off-site because there was no information about where it was offered (other than just coffee and muffins at the cafe). -The shampoo offered in the room had a broken pump and the bottle couldn't be removed from the holder. So, it was really hard to wash my hair.

Anniversary Nightmare
Everything closed earlier at the resort, swim up bar, other bars and the complete resort. There was a lot of bugs in the room and large mosquitoes. The card readers weren't working also, it was my anniversary so I made sure things were open and the amenities were available before coming, I even called and verified. I asked for the manager upon check out, the manager didn't come out, offered the 50 resort back. It was a bad experience.
