Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been. There were lots of long and dark hair in the bathroom in the corners, as well as on the blankets and towels! I told the concierge and they didn’t even suggest to clean it or to switch my room. I had to ask for new blankets and remake my beds myself at midnight. Took forever to wait downstairs for the blankets. Hard to understand their accent. Only cereals and bread for breakfast. Comfy beds and good water pressure in the shower.

Don't go to this hotel. NOT WHAT THEY SEEM
I chose this hotel because I was able to get into the ground floor so I thought. I reserved two outer door rooms on the bottom floor. I am a disabled veteran who recently had hip surgery and is waiting for knee surgery. They would not budge I think they stuck us on the top floor because I had service dog I had rented two rooms from these people and they refused to give us ground floor entry. No elevator available charged for two Service Dogs, which is fine never heard of that before but we needed a place to stay so unfortunately this is it complete thumbs down for me. Absolutely no concern or regard for service veterans and their disabilities. I'm not sure how he expected me to climb to flights of stairs when I can't even walk properly. Two thumbs down for me. The good thing right across the road was best western and they treated us like Kings and que and I wasn't charged for my service dog in the room. That was a deterrent. I know it was from the other hotel Travelodge what a shame. And shame on both people at the front desk for treating a service vet the way you did.

The room wasnt the most cleaniest room and it smelled smokey in the hallways. Instsyed here before on the first floor and it wasnt too bad. At least bed was clean . In addition i had prepaid my room before hand and they still charged me the one night fee and tge lady inwas talking too said they would be refunding thst but we shall see if that happens

A Dive. Not quite the way to operate a business!
In a nutshell if it's only an overnight stay before heading to the airport doable. Covenant to local eateries & gasoline station. Past a day not so great. A lot of broken displaced fixtures including loose electrical wiring underneath the restroom sink. No housekeeping unless requested. Continental breakfast choices very limited. Nothing worth going to especially when it's snowing! Room also didn't provide a basic waste can or facial tissues for the restroom. Television remote missing a rear panel. Restroom vanity lightbulbs only 1 out of 5 working. No clock radio either. Coffee maker & waste can I had to pick up from the front desk! Was promised a maintenance person to make necessary replacement to the lightbulbs. None ever showed up. Yeah I was there for four days too. Staff was overall friendly. One of it's few pluses. .

I booked a queen double and when I arrived I was told I would get one with smokers outside my room and if I didn’t take it he would cancel my reservation when it was too late to book elsewhere. I was pressured to accept a king room and had to share a bed when that’s not what I booked and paid for.

After reading the very angry reviews, l was angry with myself for not reading the reviews before booking. However, imagine my pleasant surprise to see the place was nothing like the complaints were about. It was old but clean, everything worked, except the shower control, which wouldn't stay in the middle. Bed was very comfortable. Place was 4 times bigger than 588 (Toronto Traveller's) where l had paid double for.last week. Free breakfast was very good too.You also get free shuttle to and from the air, a $50 value. Maybe the guys who are angry stayed in different rooms, but l am sure coming back in 5 days as l transit Edmonton again on my way to Europe.

I booked a room online. Non smoking and was aware that it would be in the outer part of the building not inside. Upon checking in I grabbed my key and went to my room. It stunk so bad like cigarettes. I approached the desk and asked for a different room and had to pay an extra $25 to be in the main building. Upon voicing my opinion about the Smokey rooms they said that it was because people smoke outside the doors. I understand that I’m booking at a lower rated hotel so it is what it is however I don’t feel the extra charges were necessary. I think people need to be told that these rooms are not very fresh smelling or put them strictly as smoking rooms. Which I’m not even sure if this is an option nowadays. Anyways Just my opinion.
