Room To Hot in the middle of January.
The room was super hot could not get it to cool down, can’t open a window, I thought it was just us burning up keep kept me up over 5 hours ,but our friend who stay in another room had same problem. Won’t go back can’t sleep in a sweltering room. Place is clean and nice and walking friendly. But no thank you on hot room you can’t cool off.

A Disappointing Hilton
Unremarkable. Old pool and facilities. Parking at $29 / day with approx 4 disabled spots. Service very poor. Staff inferior. Front desk gives no instructions presumes i have been there before. No sign to the garage exceot one that says Avis so its not obvious that it is also guest parking. Front desk would prefer if you check in electronically because they dont want yo be bothered. Tried to get room service - no answer. They prefer if you didn't order anything so they dont have to do anthing. Hotek should consider automating room service using those delivery robot carts they would sell more than lazy humans

This hotel was less than acceptable. The beds were so bad i had to sleep the opposite way of my husband due to sprungs actually poking in my back and hip. The room had 2 towels for 4 people, second bed sloped to one side. Room was right next to the elevator and people were smoking weed in the halls. Staff was not very friendly and when we asked for extra towels in the morning we were told to walk down the hallway and flag a housekeeper down for some. Just all around crappy

Not so great experience
I normally never complain about anything, but with this I felt I needed to share. This is based off of family needs. The beds were rather small and uncomfortable. The pillows were pretty flat. The only option we were given was an expensive valet since our truck was too high for the parking garage. We weren’t told there would be filming taking place on the property the entire time we were there, otherwise we would have chosen another place. We were made to feel as though we shouldn’t have been there even just walking to our rooms. The entire valet was littered with film crew vehicles. The AC wasn’t functioning properly so it was humid in our room for the expensive 4 nights we were checked in. We did call service, but it didn’t resolve anything. It would have been nice to have a microwave. The refrigerator did not get cold the first 2 nights. I requested extra towels which never happened. The only staff that were nice to us was the woman working in the gift shop and valet. I will not recommend this facility and will not return.

The staff was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. We especially appreciated that they could supply a shower chair for the roll-in shower. Their dedication showed when all the guest elevators broke down and they had to take guests to their floors using the service elevators. The first floor public spaces are modern and well appointed. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was functional but probably needs and upgrade. The TV signal kept freezing at random times. Bottom Line: We’ll be back.
